We are seeking a driven and analytical Junior Data Scientist with experience in Palantir Envision to support dashboard development and data analysis efforts for high-impact government projects. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with senior data scientists and government personnel to design interactive dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and support strategic decision-making across mission-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Palantir Envision, tailored to the needs and requirements of government clients. Ensure clarity, usability, and functionality of visualizations.
Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive data analysis using Palantir Envision tools to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights in large, complex datasets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior data scientists, project leads, and government stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and ensure that analytical outputs align with strategic objectives.
Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear visual narratives and presentations that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to data models, visualization strategies, and reporting mechanisms to improve effectiveness and impact. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Palantir Envision or a similar data visualization platform.
Proven ability to design interactive dashboards and deliver data-driven insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
Secret clearance is requiredPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal or defense-related clients.
Familiarity with other analytical tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau.
