Salary: £53,080.55 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Data Scientist. The post-holder will be responsible for conducting polling, advanced modelling, and voter targeting and analysing public opinion, voting behaviour, and campaign performance to contribute to Labour's political and organisational strategies.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience analysing data to inform decision making, especially working with data like polling to understand public opinion.
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, especially advanced methods such as Bayesian modelling and machine learning methods.
- A proven track record of highly proficient data handling, especially using advanced functionality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
