Description:

• Develop data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges using advanced analytical and modeling techniques.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Build and deploy production-ready models to meet organizational needs and support decision-making.

• Analyze structured and unstructured data, perform exploratory analysis, and present findings to business leaders.

• Work with IT and infrastructure teams to implement AI and data-driven products.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data science to deliver innovative solutions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement statistical and machine learning models tailored to business requirements.

• Integrate advanced analytics techniques with reporting systems.

• Gather, clean, and standardize data from various internal and external sources.

• Create data visualizations and dashboards to convey insights effectively.

• Develop high-quality, documented code that adheres to industry standards.

• Support internal teams with ad-hoc analytics and data mining tasks.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or related technical roles.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses and transactional databases.

• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python or R for model development.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with statistical and machine learning frameworks and tools.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.

• Over three years of professional experience in data science or analytics.

• Experience with industry-specific datasets such as insurance, claims, or healthcare.

• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $91000K-$130000K
