Required Qualifications - 0â€"3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Master†s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with statistical software and database languages (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications - PhD in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience applying data science techniques to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries: PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, lifelines.
- Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as:
- Frequentist and Bayesian statistics
- Forecasting and optimization
- Causal inference
- Machine learning and NLP
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working with AWS S3 for data storage and retrieval.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (if any) - No formal certifications required; relevant data science or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Scientist Associate) are a plus.
