Summary:
Assumes lead responsibilities in developing analysis of healthcare data supporting value-based care/ managed care for Summa Health Network/ NewHealth Collaborative (CIN) and Summa Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Primary responsibility for integration of data with SaaS aggregation and analytic software and using tools to provide decision support for providers in the network.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's degree (finance, statistics, applied mathematics, epidemiology, public health, nursing or related fields).
b. Master's degree preferred.

2. Experience & Training Required:
a. Four (4) years of experience in related field with preference for healthcare background.
b. Experience in Healthcare data including payor claims and understanding of financial economics of value-based care.
c. Experience with accountable care organization/ clinically integrated network support, or health plan.

3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Prior use of SaaS technologies to import multiple data feeds and aggregate information that allows for decision support in value-based care/ managed care agreements.
b. Knowledge of value-based contracts, quality and utilization metrics and reporting along with bundled payment programs
c. Excellent analysis and reporting skills with Excel, R, SQL, Java/Python, PowerPoint, ERP or Data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
d. Demonstrated knowledge or experience navigating database architectures, solutions, and relationships (ER Diagrams).
e. Experience with one or more Summa application platforms is desirable including Soarian Financials, DSS, HQ/HI, Epic/CarePATH and tools (RWB, Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries), e-ClinicalWorks, GE Centricity, Lawson, Pentaho, SAS, Tableau.
f. Proficient with Microsoft productivity tools - SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
g. Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
