Description: This 1LMX position is for the Data Retention expert (within LM a Product Owner is considered an expert) on the 1LMX ERP Modernization team. This position will have a range for responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. The Data Retention Product Owner will be functioning in a lead role to facilitate the implementation of the data retention requirements for both legacy SAP systems and the enterprise S4 HANA system. This requires collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for how it will implement a holistic data retention/archiving strategy. In addition this role will support defining and managing related capabilities within the IMS, needed staffing and budget for the data retention efforts, and limited CAM responsibilities to support earned value reporting.

Additional responsibilities for this position include:

• Data volume analysis across multiple large SAP systems

• Provide conceptual and detailed strategies to meet the business's data retention requirements, both within existing legacy systems and the enterprise S/4 HANA environment.

• Drive the configuration and implementation of both standard and custom archive objects within S/4 HANA.

• Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their requirements.

• Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts

• Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy the business needs.

• Optimizing the value of the work the Data Retention Team performs

• Leverage Scaled Agile to plan and manage work

• Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

Basic Qualifications:

• Motivated, energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Knowledge of Enterprise Operations business applications

• Working knowledge of IT products and solutions available to support outcome of 1LMX common design

• Ability to collaborate across business and IT

• Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience

• Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others

• Experience with accomplishing strategic objectives, clearly communicating ideas, delivering instructions, and following through on actions

• Experience leading adoption of new technologies or best practices in a large, complex, enterprise IT infrastructure

• Strong, well rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities

• Effective communications skills (verbal and written)

• Familiarity with financial planning and CAM responsibilities

• Experience leading teams in a virtual environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Key IT point of contact for the Data Retention team

• Provide inputs to scope and schedule for build and deployment phases and monitors progress

• Collaborate with SAP architect and IT solution architect to ensure technical designs are sound and adhere to the ERA and 1LMX principles and guardrails

• Build collaborative, supportive relationships within the teams

• Identify opportunities and escalate risks; recommend paths to mitigate

• Promote process commonality and return to core

• Leverage Scaled Agile to plan and manage work

Desired Skills:

• Experience with or certification in Program Management (i.e. PMP)

• Experience with or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

• Experience with Confluence, Box, Jira and Slack

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related products

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
