What You'll Do: Data Quality
- Set up all new items into LX system/update existing items
- Add, remove or change PLC Codes
- Create and set up all new PSS (Product / Style / Size) identifiers for new items
- Daily audit reports
- Interact with all shareholders of data and those requesting data in real-time
- Continually audit information for accuracy
- Run weekly scorecards
- Maintain cross reference file
Maintaining Data Synchronization
- Create new items in 1World Sync
- Publish items to customers via 1World Sync software
- Resolve publication errors with 1World Sync with customer databases
- Continually audit the information for accuracy
- Maintain information that may change
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Administration backup
- Handle customer/ broker Requests and issues
- Resolve EDI errors and issues
- Enter and maintain customer ship to entries and data file entries
Special Projects
- Identify and resolve master file problems
- Excel projects and detailed analysis
Requirements for Success: Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Computer skills: MS Office, Strong Excel skills, etc.
