Product Analyst
Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to align product roadmap initiatives with Paid Media strategy, driving improved results
Build, execute, and analyze digital experiments (A/B tests on our websites)
in alignment with product roadmaps
Be or become familiar with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to execute front-end
changes for testing
Drive revenue growth by efficiently updating paid media pages with product changes and successful test implementations
Analyze customer pathing, page interactions, and user behavior across
multiple sites and multiple channels, deriving user insights and hypotheses
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions and
ideas to iterate on existing UX
Pull test performance reads using SQL
Discuss A/B test results and key metrics (click through rate, conversion rate,
revenue per visit) internally with the Product team and with other teams
Utilize site usage metrics and tracking to continuously monitor user
behavior and improve product and UX decisions
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with academic and/or 1-2 years of practical experience in fields such as computer science, data science, business, statistics, or product management
Experience in SQL, applying data insights to business decisions
Comfort measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and scalable solutions
