Data Processing & Operations Manager for a
fully remote, 3-month contract engagement with one of our top-tier clients in the marketing and analytics space. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals experienced in data integration, project coordination, and quality assurance within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:Data Onboarding & Integration - Lead data onboarding efforts across multiple brands and external data vendors.
- Define and manage functional requirements for new data feeds.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and production deployment with data engineering and business teams.
Platform & Database Integration - Support implementation of analytical data layers and workfiles on enterprise platforms.
- Review data models, enforce governance, and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify and resolve data gaps and integration issues.
Operational Oversight - Manage file loads, scheduling, and vendor communications for ongoing data delivery.
- Oversee data QC processes and issue resolution for weekly/monthly cycles.
- Coordinate with platform and engineering teams on upgrades and automation initiatives.
Data Quality & Validation - Develop automated test scenarios and long-term validation checks for new data feeds.
- Analyze validation results and escalate inconsistencies to appropriate teams.
Data Inquiry & Project Delivery - Support analysts with data interpretation for omnichannel marketing performance.
- Drive timely delivery of Marketing Mix Analysis (MMA) datasets and promotional targeting across brands.
- Assist in integrating dashboards into BI360 and other platforms.
Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in data onboarding, integration, and project management.
- Familiarity with UAT coordination, QC validation, and data issue resolution.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and vendors.
- Deep understanding of promotional data and its use in marketing analytics.
Preferred Skills: - Tools: BI360, CoDaP, IQVIA, or CRM/email platforms.
- Technical: Familiarity with Python for data QC or automation is a plus.
