Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand commerce and customer service systems across multiple business units.
- Examine information flows and data transformation processes.
- Apply technical skills in data-mining and troubleshooting to uncover actionable insights.
- Capture comprehensive data requirements for assigned projects and validate complete end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables through best practices.
- Work independently, using creativity to quickly produce actionable results.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience with databases such as MS SQL, Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
- Solid understanding of PCI/PII concerns and online payment security.
- Familiarity with online wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) and purchase workflows.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate with diverse technical and business teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle reliability and performance challenges in past projects.
