Overview:

Our Spirits Internship Program (SIP) offers a unique 10-week paid experience designed for college students and graduating seniors to gain hands-on exposure to the business of Spirits, entrepreneurship, and brand-building.

SIP participants will experience hybrid work, with the opportunity to collaborate with teams in our Alpharetta, GA, or New York, NY locations. Interns can expect a structured program with project ownership, professional development workshops, leadership networking, and real-world business impact.

Pronghorn Partner Collaboration: (EH)

Pronghorn partners with some of the leading Spirits companies in the industry to create meaningful, real-world experiences for our interns. Through SIP, participants may have the opportunity to support initiatives connected to our partners, gaining unique exposure to the broader Spirits ecosystem.

Specific project assignments and potential partner collaborations will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for each intern's interests and skills.

General Responsibilities:
  • Support Edmond's Honor and the Commercial team in streamlining key data management and financial tracking tools.
  • Assess and improve CRM functionality, enhancing the user experience and refining the tracking and reporting of critical sales activities and field data.
  • Consolidate historical field intelligence from legacy systems into the new CRM platform.
  • Create a centralized, Excel-based pricing database across markets and distributors to support future commercial and financial planning.
  • Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting process and make improvement recommendations for production forecasting tools.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
  • High competency in Microsoft Excel, including use of functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create clean and professional presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in data organization and financial modeling.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and recommend improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in CRM systems, financial reporting, and operational process improvement.

Salary:

$22-25 per hour
