Overview

The Data Manager will collect, analyze, and report data related to the Unmet Needs Long-term Recovery Group project for Lee County. They will oversee data management systems, track the number of survivors served, the types of services provided, and the outcomes achieved. They will provide regular reports on the response effort's progress, identify areas for improvement, and evaluate its effectiveness. They will ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project team members as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee data management systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data related to the response effort.
  • Track the number of survivors served, the types of services provided, and the outcomes achieved.
  • Provide regular reports on the response effort's progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of the response effort.
  • Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project team members as needed.
  • Communicate data findings to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop data-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that data management systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in database management software, such as SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to data management.
