Advantage Tech is looking for multiple Data Entry candidates for our Kansas City Remote Client.
Job Description
DUTIES:
- Making outbound phone calls for the majority of the position to offices confirming directory information
- Reviews contracted provider data and completes entry into the Salesforce system.
- Reviews contracted provider data. Performs close examination of network provider directory update form and completes the entry into the Salesforce system.
- Verifies provider's group affiliations.
- Occasionally utilizes NPPES NPI Registry to verify provider NPI and update per NPI website.
- Identifies updates of provider specialty, education, American Board Certification, and state license number and forwards to Credentialing for verification.
- Contacts provider to obtain required data elements to complete provider updates.
- Assists with other tasks as assigned.
- Will try best efforts to have a flex schedule 6-9 am 8 hr. day and 5 days a week M-F
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Requires 2-3 years of administrative clerical experience working in a call center, making outbound calls or similar work
- 45-50 wpm keyboarding ability
- Requires effective written and verbal communications skills to answer questions from staff and respond to inquiries
- Requires analytic ability to prepare departmental reports. Requires the ability to compare data and resolve discrepancies
- Requires proficiency with Word and Excel
