Preferred Skills:
Experience wrangling data (understanding authorized data source, data elements and fields OR writing SQL code to be able to pull)
Looking for candidates to have experience supporting both sides of the house- Technical and Business side
Experience working with multiple data streams and types of data
Experience with database queries, write some code, stored procedures, but not just Sql also Oracle, Terradata, Hive.
Need to be able to work with whatever the different LOB's are using.
Strong data analytics skills
Experience supporting multiple different lines of business
Experience supporting a major financial institution is a must
Job Description:
The project is a large, high-profile request from senior mgmt to improve the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) program, which includes Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and methodology for risk rating customers.
The program is being led out of Shared Services Operations, in conjunction with Financial Crimes Operations, Financial Crimes Risk Management, and the Front Office Business Groups
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Qualifications:
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
