Data/Machine Learning Engineer

In this role, you'll develop and deploy LLM-based AI solutions for content marketing, personalization, and automation, while building and optimizing ML models using PyTorch and Scikit-learn. You'll implement feature engineering and data preprocessing to ensure robust model training and follow MLOps best practices to make ML models production ready. You'll design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for ML model training and inference, manage structured and unstructured data, and optimize data workflows using AWS services. Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance across ML pipelines will be crucial.

You'll deploy and scale ML models using AWS services, create and manage IAM roles, and automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform. Leveraging serverless architectures and cloud-native solutions will help optimize cost and performance. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with Web Analytics & Data Science teams to integrate AI-driven insights into Customer Journey Analytics, work with Content Marketing teams to manage LLM-generated responses and conduct AI model evaluation and A/B testing. Staying updated with emerging AI trends and cloud innovations will drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall Data Engineering/Machine Learning Engineering experience, working with tools such as Python & AWS.
- Strong Python skills (Non-Negotiable), with expertise in PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles: ETL, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
- Experience building ML pipelines and deploying models in production.
- Proficiency in AWS services: S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker, Step Functions, EC2.
- Experience designing and managing IAM roles & security policies.
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices: CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining automation.
