Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works in close coordination with project managers and field technicians on customer facing projects.
- Ability to follow project documentation to ensure proper execution of project support requirements.
- Ability to read, understand and accurately modify site surveys (maps).
- Provide support to field techs via phone, chats, and emails.
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Efficiently read and decipher manufacturer instructions.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in computer science, data processing, or related field; Preferred but not required.
- 1-year of IT Help Desk experience.
- Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work in the office Monday thru Friday 7AM-7PM
