Job Opening: Data Entry Operator 3

Contract Duration: 5 months
Pay Rate: $22-$24.62 per hour
Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator 3 to support one of our leading clients during their peak enrollment period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your organizational and data entry skills will make a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately produce and update enrollment forms, benefit highlight sheets, and premium worksheets.
- Input employee data and coverage selections to generate personalized enrollment documents while protecting sensitive information (PII).
- Manage and prioritize your own work queue and collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Review and process help requests using Salesforce and internal systems to generate marketing materials for enrollment campaigns.
- Suggest improvements and participate in implementing enhanced processes and materials.
- Ensure materials meet customer expectations and business requirements through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Stay up to date with internal procedures, policies, and enrollment process updates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive-takes initiative without being asked.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (a plus, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of Group Benefits insurance products and case management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Training & Onboarding
