We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Job duties will include conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP knowledge, analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

You will collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Other responsibilities may include budget preparation, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will support the management team by coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing project timelines.

POSITION - Data Entry Specialist

JOB LOCATION - Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift

STARTING PAY - $22-25 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - At least 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

2. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

3. Collaborate with departments to gather information and provide insights.

4. Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.

5. Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses.

6. Coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and manage project timelines.

7.Enter data into various ERP systems such as JobBoss or Workwise

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or data analysis.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

-Knowledge of various ERP programs or software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
