Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update candidate and employee data in internal systems
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and posting job ads
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and organize recruitment files and documentation
- Support onboarding tasks as needed
