Job Summary:
Tristar Hotel Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining hotel records, including reservations, financial transactions, and operational data. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation & Guest Data Management: Accurately enter and update guest details, booking modifications, and cancellations in the hotels management system.
Financial & Billing Data Processing: Maintain records of payments, invoices, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Inventory & Vendor Data Maintenance: Track hotel supplies, vendor contracts, and procurement records.
Employee & Payroll Records Management: Assist the HR department with employee data entry, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation.
Operational Reports & Documentation: Compile and organize hotel performance data, occupancy reports, and guest feedback for management review.
Data Accuracy & Security: Ensure all records are up to date, free of errors, and stored securely in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or hotel operations (preferred).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Must be authorized to work within the United State
