The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) seeks an experienced administrative profession to serve in a full time role that will split time between our Data Entry and Genealogy departments.
The DAR is a membership organization and these departments process, verify, and preserve applications for membership. The main focus of this position will be in a data entry capacity (70-80%), but will also provide administrative support such as filing and email responses (20-30%).

Required Qualifications: - Minimum of one year of administrative or office management experience.
- High school diploma is required.
- Previous experience in a records management or high-volume document handling department/center (not Xerox/photocopying center), or previous experience in performing a high-volume data entry work requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Training or certificate in customer service or administrative skills preferred.
- Comfortable working with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Perks and Pay: - Hiring annual salary range in the $43,000 to $48,000, with the final determination based upon the candidate's overall experience.
