You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter customer data into the company's database and ensure its integrity.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify and update customer information in the system as needed and correct any discrepancies.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing helpful information and support.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve service quality and address issues promptly.
- Generate reports based on customer data and service metrics for internal analysis.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
