Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our database system, ensuring that all customer information is accurately entered and updated in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities - Input and update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues related to their data or accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline data entry processes.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and data management activities for internal review.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines.
