Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and entering customer information into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, assist with account-related questions, and provide necessary support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Accurately enter customer data into the database in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally
- Maintain and update customer records and information promptly
