We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customer database is accurately maintained and updated, while also providing top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibility will involve entering and maintaining customer information in our internal systems, processing orders, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing assistance as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
  • Generate reports as needed to analyze customer information and trends.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
