Job Description: Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that data is accurately captured and processed while also providing exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities - Inputting and maintaining accurate customer data in the database.
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
- Updating existing customer records with new information as necessary.
- Assisting customers with navigating our systems and services effectively.
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies in customer records.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed timely.
- Generating reports on customer interactions and data entry activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using various computer software, including MS Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
