Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
- Verify and correct data where necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve inconsistencies
- Generate reports as required by management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time-management skills
