Job Summary

The MRO Data Analyst will support the improvement of Client database of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items, including components such as motors and bearings. The primary responsibility is to ensure data accuracy and completeness by identifying duplicates, cleaning and standardizing information, and enriching records with relevant details. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient and reliable parts catalog that supports operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and correct inaccurate, duplicate, or incomplete MRO data through internal resources and internet-based research.
  • Categorize MRO items accurately into relevant classes and sub-classes.
  • Determine whether items already exist in the system and update or create new records as necessary.
  • Utilize the "Integrity" tool to add, update, and modify item data as per standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to verify product specifications and fill in missing data.
  • Track and report progress toward weekly and monthly goals as defined by the Project Manager.
  • Maintain organized documentation of items requiring further research or escalation.

  • Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • Ability to perform efficient online research and interpret technical product information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with MRO materials, industrial components, or parts catalogs.
  • Familiarity with item master data management tools, especially "Integrity" or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or maintenance-related environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes.
