About the Role

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsabilities:
  • Enter, update, and verify complex data in various systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Compile, sort, and file documents for data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Train or guide junior data entry staff as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and suggest improvements to data entry processes.
Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work with speed and accuracy under pressure of heavy workloads and deadlines.
  • Proficient with complex data entry concepts.
  • Ability to navigate independently and understand complex instructions to make decisions.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • PC skills required - Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and Skype for Business.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology.
  • Experience with CPT Codes, PCS or Modifier Usage

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
