Join our dynamic team as a Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Agent. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries with professionalism while ensuring our backend systems remain accurate and efficiently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
  • Precisely input and update customer or transaction data in our internal systems.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and databases effectively.
  • Conduct regular accuracy and completeness checks.
  • Assist in document preparation, processing, or uploads as necessary.
Live Chat & Customer Service:
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and occasionally phone.
  • Address customer questions regarding products, services, or accounts with care.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or live chat support.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and typing speed (40+ WPM preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with various software tools and platforms.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting or online help desk procedures.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
