Advertised Job Summary: The Darla Moore School of Business invites applications for a full-time Data and Enrollment Director. The Director of Data and Enrollment will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing application processes, admissions yield activities, financial aid strategies, onboarding/orientation programming, and enrollment funnel reporting. This role is integral to supporting programs in the execution of plans to meet annual enrollment and revenue goals, ensuring continued improvement to processes, and promoting the Moore School to attract and enroll more highly qualified candidates in our graduate programs.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Job Duty: - Provide business direction to develop efficient, accurate, and reliable workflow and systems through all Admissions-related interfaces, including but not limited to: TargetX, BusinessCAS, electronic document management systems, and other third-party systems.

Job Duty: - Manage a process for the accurate and timely processing and completion of graduate applications and documents.
- Troubleshoot any issues regarding the application process for both internal and external stakeholders, and create and/or maintain needed process and policy documentation.
- Serve as primary liaison to the Graduate School application processing team.
- Coordinate deposited and enrolled student lists between Enrollment, OCM and Academic & Student Services teams. Manage the financial services to ensure timely coding of financial awards, GA hiring processes and account reconciliation for enrolled students.
- Assist DMSB assessment director with the collection, review, and submission of graduate program student data needed for assessment and accreditation purposes.

Job Duty: - Supervise and provide vision to Admissions Operations team. Provide training and professional development opportunities to create a high-performing and customer service driven admissions and enrollment operations.
- Develop strong relationships with program directors and ITS technical support staff. Coordinate annual application updates, deadlines, program admissions activities and peak application processing times with admissions functionality for programs to meet their enrollment goals.
- Work with the Senior Director and school leadership to build pipeline program implementation plans, including articulation agreements, university and school application processes, admitted student communications and orientation programming.

Job Duty: - Support data analysis by utilizing prospect, application, and enrollment data in CRM and other university reports.
- Work closely with Senior Director to provide program and school leadership with reports to meet program enrollment activity and rankings needs.
- Work with Marcom to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns in tracking success in all levels of the enrollment funnel.
- Oversee the dashboard functions in the application data system and work with programs to ensure their data needs are met. Provide reporting as needed to the dean's office for the annual budget cycle.

Job Duty: - Work with Director of Recruiting to create and promote initiatives to enhance admissions yield, organize and facilitate events, activities, and increase student and alumni participation to promote higher yield across programs.
- Utilize CRM and application systems to support these tasks.
- Oversee the revisions of the admission web pages to verify content accuracy and comply with university policies. Work with Marcom to update external pages that reflect admissions and enrollment information.
