Technical Manager, Data Analytics & Engineering (Power BI, Azure, Clin Trial Data Output) - Hybrid (3-4x weekly in North Wilmington, DE, Salary $150-175k + 15% Bonus & Equity) - Pharma Company
Our Pharma R&D client is looking to hire to hire a Manager of Data Analytics to help them lead execution on their next-generation data environment for clinical trial data output.
They have 70 early-late stage clinical trials running concurrently, with massive amounts of data being extracted from their EDC application. Looking to modernize their data environment; MS Fabric, Power BI, etc. as well as support future state for applications to consume data out of their enterprise lakehouse for FDA submission, regulatory compliance, safety, and more.
They are looking for someone with experience with but not limited to the below:
- 10+ years of Data experience, especially enterprise BI in a microsoft stack. Heavy advanced power BI focus DAX, TMDL, advanced Power BI concepts preferred.
- Willingness to manage distributed teams, this role would have 10+ direct and indirect reports both fulltime and from offshore consultancies.
- They use Pyspark ETL, but any similar experience with Python or SQL for ETL will suffice
- Experience with modern microsoft data technologies: Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, synapse, Lakehouse architecture, or similar.
- Experience with new and emerging uses for data to drive business decisions, especially in regulated industries.

Paying salary range from $150-175k + 15% annual bonus and LTI stock grants in that range
