Job Description
Data Strategy:
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support CRM Dynamics and
other business applications.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and deliver technical
solutions that align with business goals.
Implement and manage data integration processes using Databricks, ADLS Gen
2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data pipelines.
Data Pipeline Management:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines for data ingestion,
transformation, and storage.
Optimize data workflows to improve performance and reduce latency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure seamless data flow.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, data flows, and
data integration processes

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, mathematics, information technology or a related field
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in data engineering, data integration, or a related
- role.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, implementation, and optimization.
- Experience with Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory
- (ADF).
- Familiarity with CRM Dynamics' Dataverse, MS Synapse link integrations and data
- integrations.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
- to collaborate and influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels of
- the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to
