As a Data Engineer in this role, you will get to:
  • Work with data containing primarily for Auto, Homeowners, and Business Lines.
  • Migrate data from legacy platforms to the AWS cloud, on premise or outside vendor
  • Perform extract, transform and load (ETL) integrations for a data migration.
  • Participates in the full end-to-end software development lifecycle including coding, reviewing, testing, implementation, support and sunset. We utilize a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Resolves problems that result in a decreased time to market; improves quality, enhances flexibility, and embraces the solution provider mindset.

Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years' work experience as Data Engineer
  • Programming Experience- (Examples Python, Java Script, JCL, SQL etc.)
  • Ability to create pipelines/automation to deploy changes to production with quality and DevOps best practices
  • Experience with Informatica and or Glue
  • IBM z/OS mainframe experience preferred but not required
  • AWS experience, a plus
  • to market; improves quality, enhances flexibility, and embraces the solution provider mindset.

  • Potential starting salary range: $95,800 - $121,900
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
