Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key contributor to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Symphony Engine.
  • Collaborate closely with both senior and junior developers to ensure best practices are being followed and projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the engine.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
  • Support the junior developers by providing guidance, mentoring, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with the Symphony Engine in a timely manner.
  • Work with Power BI for reporting and data visualization needs, integrating it into the development pipeline as necessary.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skills and the team's performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Symphony Engine development (architect-level skills in development and design).
  • Strong proficiency in C and Visual Studio for efficient development and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Bus for communication and messaging systems.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Experience in Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid in decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, including design patterns, object-oriented principles, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
