Akkodis is seeking a
Senior Data Engineer - Analytics for a
Direct Hire (FTE) position, and this is an
Onsite role in
Omaha, NE. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in
Data Analytics, Python, Snowflake, SQL, and ETL. Salary Range: $125K - $135K annually. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Qualifications:- Strong data engineering experience with 8 years' experience using ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or ELT tools such as DBT.
- 4-6 years' experience with programming languages such as Python or Shell scripting is essential.
- 6-8 years of SQL programming.
- 2-4 years of Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or similar cloud data warehouse technology required.
- 2+ years of experience developing or deploying data solutions in any cloud, such as AWS, Google, or Azure required.
- 5-6 years of demonstrated knowledge of designing dimensional modelling or relational data modelling, or 5-6 years of demonstrated experience using Data Warehousing data population techniques.
- 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in source-to-target mappings.
- 6- 8 years of demonstrated experience in relational database knowledge; possesses a broad understanding of the current and prospective data architecture, as well as database performance tuning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal personnel. Must be customer-focused and excel in the coordination of problem resolution.
- Flexibility to work in a changing, fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
