Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and business operations.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Utilize advanced SQL and analytics languages (PL/SQL, KQL, DAX) to support deep data exploration and reporting.
- Implement and uphold best practices in Data Governance and Master Data Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data queries and system performance.
- Collaborate across data, engineering, and analytics teams to scale infrastructure and automate processes.
- Keep current with industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Expertise in data visualization platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and analytics languages: PL/SQL, KQL, DAX.
- Proven experience in Data Governance and MDM (Master Data Management).
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and validation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data transformation and analysis.
- Previous experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles.
