Job Summary:
  • Data & AI Engineer We are looking for a talented and experienced Data and AI Engineer.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
  • You will work closely with Architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data pipelines and AI models that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate with Business and data pipeline team to understand the requirements and develop and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Optimize data workflows to ensure performance and reliability of data pipeline.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
  • Work with cloud platforms GCP Platform to leverage data storage and processing services.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Document data processes, models, and ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI development.
  • Experience in GCP Cloud Data Pipeline Tools, Vertex AI, Google Model Garden, LLM is a must.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in data manipulation libraries eg Pandas, NumPy.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases eg PostgreSQL, MongoDB and data warehousing solutions.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries eg TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data visualization tools egTableau, Power BI, Matplotlib to present insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data services Google BigQuery and data processing frameworks eg Apache Spark, Apache Kafka.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards eg GDPR, HIPAA.
