Primary Skills: Python (Expert), SQL (Expert), Redshift (Proficient), Apache Airflow (Intermediate), AWS (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months with possible extension Location: Seattle, WA/ Dallas, TX/ Austin TX/ Arlington, VA Pay Range: $62.00 - $70.00 Per Hour Job Summary: One of our biggest eCommerce Client's Intelligent Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Data Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality recruiting data, tools, and analytics. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in making informed hiring decisions by building scalable solutions and empowering the team with data privacy and integrity at the forefront. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a data-focused team that values efficiency and self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end scalable data infrastructure and pipelines. Work closely with business owners and engineers to explore new data sources and deliver insightful data. Empower the team for self-servicing by enhancing their skills to manage complex tasks independently. Ensure the team efficiently troubleshoots data-related issues, improving autonomy and productivity. Foster a culture of self-reliance and continuous improvement within the team. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of Data Engineering experience with expertise in Python and SQL. Experience with Redshift and data warehousing solutions. Familiarity with Apache Airflow and AWS services. Industry Experience: Prior experience in data engineering within a recruitment or talent acquisition setting is preferred but not mandatory.
