Requirements

Position Summary

Node.Digital is seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Architect to support the DoD program, contributing to data architecture, engineering, and analytics efforts that enhance supply chain resiliency. This role requires expertise in data engineering, data science, and modern cloud data tools to help build, maintain, and optimize integrated datasets and risk analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture & Integration
    • Maintain and enhance existing data structures within the Advana data infrastructure (e.g., Databricks).
    • Integrate new risk and component data sets into a cohesive framework.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural best practices.
  • Technical Development & Documentation
    • Develop and document technical solutions in support of data product enhancements.
    • Present technical updates to stakeholders and comply with data security and classification standards.
  • Process Optimization
    • Develop and optimize automated processes for data ingestion, integration, and entity resolution.
    • Support enhancements to Supplier-Risk and Component-Supplier data products.
  • Predictive Analytics & AI/ML
    • Apply artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques for predictive risk analysis and supply chain modeling.
  • API Integration & Cross-Classification Data Access
    • Support data access via Advana APIs.
    • Collaborate with client and Advana teams to resolve software inconsistencies across security classification levels.
Deliverables Support

You will provide material input and support for the following contract deliverables:

  1. Monthly Status Report - Due monthly
  2. Component-Supplier Data Product Description Document
  3. Supplier-Risk Data Product Description Document
