Job Description
Only qualified Configuration Management Analyst / Data Analyst candidates located near O'Fallon, MO to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for customized production configurations for existing and new customers.
• Accountable for integrating new products into the global implementation framework.
• Provides internal partners with technical expertise on implementation plans and release requirements.
• Serves as a technical resource to provide configuration project support under direct guidance.
• Supports efforts to investigate internal customer issues and assist in problem resolution as directed.
• Partners with team members to support process improvement efforts and initiatives.
• Gains exposure to controls to support compliance activities including internal audits, SOX and SOC1, and business continuity exercises.
• May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
