Job Title: Data Center Technician
Work Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Hours: Shifts (Sun - Wed) 4-3 split
Week 1 Sun - Wed 6am - 6pm
Week 2 Sun - Tues 6am - 6pm
Job Description: This role utilizes advance skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center operation. Oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: Universal Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators, chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) systems, and CMMS Work Dispatching.
Responsibilities : - Rounds and reads inspections
- Preventative Maintenance
- Escorting 3rd party vendors
- Work Order management
- Perform daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
- Under close supervision, complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures in accordance with Environment, Health and Safety Policy - ensuring all safety processes and PPE quirements are followed.
- Also, ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
- Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws/regulations.
- Accompany vendors on site visits on an as needed basis and ensure site standards are met. Help create and develop work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with risk assessment. Ensure that CERM documents and logbooks are updated.
- Complete all required training in order to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities

Other Skills & Qualifications : - 4-5 years experience
- Completed Trade School Program
- Systems/Software proficiencies:
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Application knowledge
- Certified Electrician or HVAC technician preferred
Top Nice to have Skills: - Ability to share knowledge with fellow techs
- Multi-skilled in Electrical/HVAC
