Data Center Tech

This person will be onsite in the Sterling Virginia data center as part of a surge team performing the unracking/uncabling of equipment and loading for transport in support of a large Data Center move project. The person will also perform the racking and cabling of equipment at the new Data Center location in Ashburn, Virginia. The person will complete inventory and other paperwork for the equipment, as required. All work will be done under the direction of the Program Engineer whom is responsible for the cabinet configuration and cable management. The project is roughly 5 months in duration from November 2024 through April 2025.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Federal Government active Public Trust clearance
- Ability to work on your feet for entire shift.
- Tools Experience: Basic Hand Tools: screwdriver (multi-Bit), tape measure, snips, pliers (needle nose and channel locks), punch down tool, flashlight, gloves and tool pouch.
- Record of on-time work attendance and reliability
