Data Center Inventory Supervisor

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Data Center Inventory Supervisor in Austin, TX.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Center Inventory Supervisor to lead the daily operations of inventory management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring prompt stock replenishment, conducting routine audits, and managing the storage and movement of data center assets. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the tracking and management of equipment, hardware, and materials within the inventory system, ensuring records are current and accurate.
-Develop and maintain a structured and efficient inventory system.
-Monitor and record all inventory items, including servers, networking gear, and other hardware. Generate detailed inventory reports for project managers, senior technicians, and leadership.
-Perform regular inventory counts and audits to reconcile records and prevent discrepancies.
-Manage the receipt, inspection, labeling, and organized storage of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
-Collaborate with procurement and management teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and assets.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management or a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
-Proficiency in inventory and asset management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of achieving goals and maintaining high performance standards.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with the ability to collaborate across departments and clearly present information.
