FULLY ONSITE IN INDIANAPOLIS AREA


Required Skills:

Must have 3+ years' experience working with data center engineering

Experience with Broadcom, VCF, and VMware VSphere & is required (including multiple sites / clusters, host profiles, customizations

Experience with NSX and networking are desired

Experience with vMotion, VMware ESXi, vCenter, vROPS, Horizon, IDPA, VDI deployment, configuration, and maintenance in production environments is ideal

Must have experience working with multiple data centers at the same time

Administration of VMware virtual environment using vSphere spanning multiple data centers and networks

Experience with Dell VxRail, Data Domain, Avamar, EMC and IDPA storage platforms

A minimum of 4 years' experience deploying, managing, migrating, and upgrading Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, SCCM, O365, and security policies is ideal

Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows Server 2012 and beyond

Experience deploying and managing MFA and security solutions such as Okta and PAM (Privileged Access Management)

Basic Networking Knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, NAT, DNS, LANs/WANs)

Experience with common network services, SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, AD, etc.

Experience with public cloud providers such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google

Analysis of network performance using standard tools, to provide root cause analysis, recommendations, guidance, and expertise in maintaining the highest level of performance

Perform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and recovery tasks

Must have strong qttention to detail

Must have ability to maintain and update system(s) documentation

Must have experience conducting routine maintenance for all systems as needed for security and feature updates

Must be able to assist in the architecture design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities

Drive and implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability

Industry certifications with Microsoft, and/or VMware

Ability to articulate and communicate design, security, and performance issues

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to create cohesiveness of quality across all data center operations

Must have excellent communication skills across

This role will work with a small local team as well as various teams across the organization globally to work on various data center initiatives.
