Job Details

Project Managers should have 3-5 years of mechanical PM experience - Senior PM's 7-10+ years preferably working for a Mechanical Contractor. Our Semiconductor and Data Center projects generally range from 50-100Mil, so large project experience is required.
This role comes with a generous base salary + car allowance and bonus.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited College or University preferred.

Must have demonstrated knowledge and work experience showing the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs, Project Management and Estimating software, including, but not limited to- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Project, Access, & PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, and Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software)
