I have a role for- local candidates only - they are looking for a business analyst and data analyst in one. So its important that this candidate has functional and technical experience.

Responsibilities:
Data Exploration and Analysis: Analysts use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends
Work closely with retail operations teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements
Capable of doing Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data tools to provide actionable insights to retail stakeholders
Collaborate on the creation and implementation of retail strategies to improve sales, inventory management, customer experience, and overall business performance
Analyze sales, finance, marketing data and customer behavior to support business decision-making
Help in improving efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and manage risks by interpreting complex data sets
Success in data analysis demands a balance of technical skills (data cleaning and statistical analysis) and soft skills (critical thinking and communication)
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes
Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools

Scope:
Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence
Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights
Spot key performance indicators with apt objectives
Transform business requirements into technical publications
Build multi-dimensional data models
Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters, models
Perform detailed analysis on tested and deployed Power BI scripts
Make essential technical and strategic changes to improvise present business intelligence systems
Identify the requirements and develop custom charts accordingly
SQL querying for better results

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Software Engineering
10+ years of experience of working with BI tools
7+ years of business analysis experience
Proficient in SQL writing skills
Experience in restaurant/gaming industry
Knowledge about database management, SQL querying, data modeling, and Online Analytical Processing
Must possess experience of working with BI tools and BI systems
Additional consideration given for experience scripting and programming language such as Python
Candidate must physically work at Store Support Center, located in Coppell, TX; Monday - Thursday; Friday is WFH until further notice
