Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning and execution of geospatial projects to ensure they meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise in Databricks and SQL to support data analysis and project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into broader business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or risks.
- Lead efforts to improve project management processes and tools.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Utilize commercial project management skills to manage client relationships and expectations.

Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in Databricks and SQL, with hands-on experience in data analysis and management.
- Demonstrate expertise in commercial project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Show strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address project challenges.

- Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
