About The Role: This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking experience in data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation of global, regional, national, local and/or account company performance metrics. Participation in the program is intended to provide a hands-on experience of data analytics and reporting within the CBRE Corporate business and develop valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your career. The program provides you with an accelerated and detailed perspective on data analysis and reporting. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.
What You'll Do: - Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
- Assist in developing and reviewing various reports
- Provide support with analyzing data to answer various business questions
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure accurate data
- Coordinates and collaborate with other teams to facilitate successful project implementations
- Contribute to projects in support of business development
- Provide support with cataloging and organizing data sources
- Support the CBRE Corporate Team as needed
What You'll Need: This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.
- Current college level student
- Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
- Experience with MS Office with preferred experience in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to network and develop positive relationships
- Diligent and highly organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
