Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist to lead the way in developing data-driven solutions. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks to drive business intelligence strategies, mentor team members, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced data analytics and BI solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead the implementation of ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for data visualization, reporting, and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data analytics best practices and tools.
  • Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management, quality assurance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize BI systems to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • DoD Secret Clearance or higher
  • Minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Extensive experience with ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for advanced analytics and visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms and AI-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks).
